Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Argo website, private data room, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request private access.

2. Interim Operating Party

Argo is a pre-formation venture currently operated by Argo Marine. Until Argo is separately formed and adopts its own agreements, Argo Marine is the interim contracting and operating party for the site, data room, and confidential launch materials.

3. Accounts and Access

Private areas require an authenticated account. We may approve, deny, suspend, limit, or revoke access at any time to protect confidential information, site integrity, legal compliance, or the launch process. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Confidential Materials

Data-room materials are confidential unless we clearly mark them as public. You may not copy, download, scrape, photograph, record, redistribute, publish, benchmark, or disclose private materials except as expressly permitted in writing. A signed NDA may apply to deeper materials and control if it conflicts with these terms.

5. Signed NDA for Private Materials

Access to deeper materials may require a DocuSeal-signed NDA. Your electronic acceptance, account identity, timestamp, IP address, and related access records may be retained as evidence of acceptance.

6. Advisory-Only Maritime Information

Argo materials and product information are for evaluation and decision-support discussion only. They are not navigation, safety, vessel-control, autopilot, emergency, legal, insurance, tax, or investment advice. Vessel owners, operators, masters, and crew remain responsible for all vessel decisions and legal requirements.

7. No Securities Offering

Nothing on the site or in the data room is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment opportunity, if made, will be made only through definitive offering documents and only to eligible persons under applicable securities laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The site, data-room materials, Argo product information, trademarks, logos, designs, software, models, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Argo Marine or its respective licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the site as authorized.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site security.
• Do not scrape, crawl, index, mirror, or automate access without permission.
• Do not upload confidential materials into public or third-party AI systems.
• Do not represent that you can bind Argo Marine or the founders.

10. Communications

We may contact you about account administration, data-room access, meetings, requests, or security. Optional marketing, commercial, or investment-related communications are subject to separate consent and unsubscribe controls where required by law.

11. Disclaimers

The site, data room, materials, and product information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site or any material will be uninterrupted, secure, complete, accurate, or error free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argo Marine, its affiliates, and its respective representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site, data room, materials, or Argo product information.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms as the Argo launch or legal structure changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, except that Argo Marine may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
